Our Safety Commitment

• All rides undergo documented daily inspections before opening.
• Operators are trained and certified; height and health restrictions are strictly enforced.
• First aid stations are staffed during all opening hours.
• Emergency contact points are located across the park; staff carry radios at all times.
• CCTV monitoring covers entrances, rides and public areas.

First Aid

Our medical room near the main entrance treats minor injuries immediately. For any emergency, contact the nearest park staffer in uniform or call the numbers below. In a serious emergency, dial national rescue services right away.

Park Rules for a Safe Visit

1. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. Follow posted height, age and health restrictions on every ride.
3. Keep seatbelts and safety bars fastened until the ride fully stops.
4. No glass containers, sharp objects or outside cooking inside the park.
5. Swimwear required in water zones; no diving in shallow areas.
6. Report lost children to any staff member or the control room immediately.
7. In case of evacuation instructions, stay calm and follow staff directions.

Lost & Found: Visit the main gate office with your ID; items are logged and kept safe.
